Meet the Founders
Redeemed Acts Ministries was founded by Pastor Tiesha Askew and Overseer Pastor Donnell Askew, whose shared calling is to build a ministry that reflects the model of the early church found in the Book of Acts devoted to the Word of God, fellowship, prayer, and meeting the needs of the community. Together, they lead with a heart for restoration, compassion, and the transformative power of the Gospel.
Pastor Tiesha and Overseer Donnell established Redeemed Acts Ministries in 2024 with the vision of creating a place where people from all walks of life can encounter Christ, grow spiritually, and receive practical support during life’s most difficult seasons. Under their leadership, the ministry has become a hub for both spiritual and tangible outreach, serving individuals and families facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health struggles, substance use disorders, and other barriers to stability. Through initiatives such as community meals, emergency shelter services, counseling, and discipleship, they strive to demonstrate the love of Christ through both word and action.
Pastor Tiesha brings over two decades of professional experience in leadership, human resources, and organizational development, which helps guide the ministry’s strategic growth and community initiatives. Overseer Donnell provides spiritual oversight and pastoral leadership, emphasizing prayer, biblical teaching, and the work of the Holy Spirit in transforming lives.
Together, they are committed to cultivating a multi-generational and welcoming church community where faith is strengthened, lives are restored, and individuals are equipped to walk in their God-given purpose. Through Redeemed Acts Ministries, their mission is to see lives redeemed, communities strengthened, and the Kingdom of God advanced through service, discipleship, and the love of Christ.

Our Call
